Q: What is your return policy?
A: As handcrafted artisan products, our candles are made to order in small batches. Once a candle has been lit or used, we cannot accept returns. This helps us maintain exceptional quality and sustainable practices.
Custom "Build Your Own" Candles. Because your Build Your Own candle is crafted exclusively to your specifications—from scent blend to color choice—these custom creations are final sale. Each one is a unique piece made just for you, which means we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on personalized orders.

Before you order: We are happy to answer questions about scent combinations, color options, or help you create your perfect blend. Just reach out!
Quality guarantee still applies: If your custom candle arrives damaged or has a quality defect, we'll absolutely make it right.
Q: What if my candle arrives damaged?
A: Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll send a replacement immediately—shipping is on us.
Q: What if the sparkle effect doesn't work?
A: This would be extremely rare, but if your sparkle effect doesn't perform as described, please send a small recording within 7 days and we'll replace your candle. We stand behind our signature effect 100%.

Q: What if I don't like the scent? We know scent is personal!
A: While we can't accept returns based solely on fragrance preference (since candles are handmade to order), we're happy to help you choose a different scent for your next order. Reach out to our team for personalized recommendations.
