What is your return policy?

Our goal is to make sure every customer is happy with their purchase. Due to the personalized nature of our candles, unfortunately they cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

We will try to accommodate each customer, stateside or internationally.

Do you create custom gift sets?

Absolutely.  We will work with each customer to offer a specialized custom gift.  Please email us so that someone can contact you about creating a one-of-a-kind gift set.

Why does my candle look so dull and not as bright as the pictures on the website?

Although our candles come to you in a dulled color, once they are lit...they are lit!  Your candle comes alive and the sparkle show begins once you light it. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

I ordered two candles the same color, why aren't they exactly the same color?

Each candle is hand poured and each color is hand mixed.  Since there are no machines involved there is going to be a variation in color.  Although we cannot ensure that the colors will be exact, we can assure you that they will be beautiful.

Why won't my candle remain lit?

 

For the best results, candles must burn at least 1-2 hours until the wax pool is evenly melted along the surface to prevent tunneling and relighting issues in the future. If you experience tunneling please understand that future burns of the candle could be compromised.
